Sample Delivery Policy

We currently offer delivery of selected flooring samples ordered through the Wood & Stone Floors website.

Sample orders are normally processed within 2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are displayed where applicable during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

If your sample has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

If your sample arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
